I would put -5 star if i could!!!! I had an appointment today for a puppy first shots and i called them i will late 8 minutes and they didn't accepted, they wanted to reschedule, that's how they care about your pet!!!! I won't recommend that place very unprofessional!!!! Stay away if you have a chance .The only thing they care about that's money!!!!!

I have taken my pets to 4 different vets and VCA is by far my favorite. They are always extremely kind and willing to do whatever they can to take care of my pets. I also really appreciate how they call/text the day after appointments to check in on pets. Highly recommend.

We had our dog Chewy go to rest yesterday 11/4/25. The staff there, were very professional. We never felt rushed at all. We got to stay with him until his last breath. We really felt at peace with his passing. The Doctor was extremely Caring and Gentle with Chewy. I totally recommend them 😊

VCA staff and doctors have been absolutely wonderful. We came in 2023 and have stayed. Dr Swenson has tackled all kinds of health issues with our six dogs.

Dr Swenson and the staff at this office are truly amazing. Always work us into their schedule for a concern or emergency. At appointments never rushed. Takes time to answer all my questions. Very good care to our pups. Call to check up on them too after appointment. Truly the best

Brought my kitty Mushu in yesterday and I had a great experience at VCA! Gillian helped us and she was wonderful and so was the vet but I forgot her name, they both were awesome about listening to my concerns and loved Mushu! They also play soothing bird noises which I loved:)

Prioritizes profit over patient care. I have been bringing my elderly cat for care for the past 1.5 years or so. She is 18 years old, has thyroid disease and is very frail. She gets overly upset by car rides and even the short drive to the vet results in her vomiting all over herself and gasping for breath by the time we arrive, which the assistants could attest to, they help with cleaning her up. An initial exam and full bloodwork was over $700.00. My cat has now had multiple bloodwork labs (4+) in the past year and a half to check thyroid levels, and has not been able to achieve a level where her thyroid is fully controlled. I have discussed this with the doctors multiple times, again she is too frail, too thin, and can’t tolerate a dosage that would achieve control. A low dosage has kept her comfortable, she has an appetite, she seeks out affection. Our priority right now is quality of life, not trying to cure her. The provider is actively refusing additional refills without more lab work, even understanding that 1(she may not even survive the car ride there and 2( this would require forcing her to be upset, uncomfortable, vomit all over herself, and have a needle put into her tiny, thin arm. I don’t want her to run out of her thyroid meds and have to quit them cold turkey, as I don’t want that to cause suffering for her. I’m hoping that she can eventually die peacefully at home since she loathes car rides so much. I feel as though I am being forced into a situation of choosing between 2 bad options all because VCA wants to continue to make profit off extremely expensive lab work and exams.

I brought my fur babies in for emergency care and did they truely give me emergency care ❤️. I pulled Into the parking lot and as soon as they seen me pull in they were waiting (outside) to take action. They were fast, efficient, compassionate, and very helpful. I have insurance through them as well and it’s very well worth it ❤️ great people, great place.

Thank you so much for your help with Annie over the years and the amazing care and compassion you had for her at end of life. VCA is always a kind and comforting place to take my pets, and I appreciate all the hard work you do and emotional care you provide. You are truly a gift to the community.
