It's a real pleasure dealing with this gentleman. He's very easy to talk to and he's very knowledgeable when it comes to repair. Very old fashioned good quality customer service that I wish other small businesses would follow.

I must admit that while I had seen this fairly unassuming building on 4th Avenue before as it's just off Stewart, I had no real idea what it was. That changed when my television needed repair and my parents recommended SEIM. I gave Denny a call and explained the issues with my 60" Samsung television. A true professional, he asked several questions to diagnose the issue properly and gave me several things to try. It became clear the backlight had likely gone out and he was confident he could further diagnose if I brought it in. He even gave me a cost estimate based on the likely issue. Seim is awesome!!!! Truly the best electronics repair shop that I have had the pleasure to experience. 5-years ago they replaced the LED in a 61" TV. The bulb alone would have cost $500, but they did the extra research and found that the TV had an extended mfgr warranty. Recently, they were able to repair a $1500 built in microwave by actually diagnosing the root cause. Local service at it's finest, this guy really knows what he's doing!!!
