I had been a customer for about 30 years but have not returned in probably 10 years because of a bad experience. During an exam both lenses of my glasses were scratched. Things happen, I understand that, but they denied doing it. After serveral discussions with them, none of them friendly, and two or three weeks they finally said reluctantly that they would replace them. When I picked up my glasses at their location they were outright rude, actually pushing my glasses to me across the counter, turning and walking away.
