We have consistently experienced exceptional service during our recent visits. The staff warmly greeted us, promptly offering assistance and ensuring our needs were met. Even while attending to other customers, they made a point to check in with us, enhancing our overall experience. Their attentiveness and courtesy have transformed routine errands into delightful stops, making us look forward to future visits.

We bought a guinea pig. She's so sweet and we love her but on the 15th day of ownership (1 day past the return policy) we discovered she was born with a misaligned jaw/improper bite. She struggles to chew and swallow her food and drools all the time. Im disappointed that you are breeding animals with such serious issues and basically selling cute little vet bills to your patrons.
