Good store, good deals if you have the app. I definitely think they are understaffed. Most times there's a decent line at 1 open register but the workers are good about keeping the line moving. It still would be nice to have the availability of a 2nd register to be open when there's a few people waiting.

Been to at least a dozen Petsmart’s around the country and this one is in our top 3 faves. Simply because they always have what we need, the workers dont follow us around, and it’s always clean in there. Our dogs LOVE this place!

Excellent pet store. Lots of stuff for every pets needs. So thrilled that they stock supplies for reptiles as well. The staff is always friendly & helpful there too. Highly recommend the PetSmart Wausau location, thanks so much!
