in-store shopping curbside pickup delivery
PetSmart offers a wide range of products for dogs, cats, birds, fish, and small animals. The retailer provides convenient services like online shopping with in-store pickup, dog training, pet grooming, and pet boarding. The pet grooming service is fantastic and has received praise for its gentle and attentive care. Pet owners appreciate the friendly, helpful, and kind staff. The vet tech and doctor are highly professional and knowledgeable, providing a great experience. A great team from the front desk to everyone there is very loving and understanding.
I took my cat to get a vaccination here, and they were so nice! I made sure to take good care of my cat. The doctor was really nice, and the technicians were all around nice. Overall, it was a nice experience.
Good store, good deals if you have the app. I definitely think they are understaffed. Most times there's a decent line at 1 open register but the workers are good about keeping the line moving. It still would be nice to have the availability of a 2nd register to be open when there's a few people waiting.
Been to at least a dozen Petsmart’s around the country and this one is in our top 3 faves. Simply because they always have what we need, the workers dont follow us around, and it’s always clean in there. Our dogs LOVE this place!
