Had a great experience today with the vet tech and the doctor. I will definitely be coming here for all my vet needs. Highly professional and knowledgeable and I love the fact that they tell you in advance what you need and you can manage your pets important needs first and then come back to finish off non emergent matters. Very loving and understanding about your pet and his history. A great team from the front desk to everyone there. I highly recommend! ❤️

The cat groomers at Petsmart Wausau are fantastic! I took my cat, Melman, here for his first grooming appointment and had a great experience. His coat looks amazing, his ears are clean, and his nails were cut perfectly. I was a little late to my scheduled appointment (Melman hid under the bed when I was trying to get him in his carrier) and they accommodated me and were so kind about it. Love the report cards they give out after grooming appts!

I needed a companion for my guinea pig. The staff there was knowledgeable about small animals and very helpful. Their prices were very reasonable and the team there very helpful. For small animal pet needs, PetSmart really is the place to go. I am including pictures of the original piggy, Liliath Carmelita, aka Lilly (she came from PetSmart as well- she's the smaller one) and her new companion, Christi- she's the slightly bigger one who prefers to hide in hay. Honestly, it's just because they are so adorable, but they are a great example of what PetSmart has. Also decent prices on Timothy Hay if you are looking.
