The collar batteries have great longevity. I also have an indoor unit to keep the dogs out of rooms they don't belong (ie the cat litter box area, ha ha!), which I love. When I told the vet tech at Petsmart that she was ill and had been turned away they got her in for a same day appointment and worked with the wonderful owner of the kennel. Diagnosed with Lymes and my dog is on the mend. Thankful for the quick action by the kennel and the staff at PetSmart!“

My dog has serious social anxiety as he was a rescue and we are unsure of his life experiences prior to becoming a part of our family. The staff adjusts how they interact with the animals based on the animals comfort level and who they are comfortable with. The photos they post on Facebook gives me peace of mind when he is with them that he is having a good time out in the yard playing with friends.“
