It's a constant problem for people to keep up with Microsoft. Whenever Microsoft throws in a new monkey wrench and think they're being clever they mess things up. You think Microsoft would learn if it isn't broke don't try and fix. So because they didn't have the technology yet to help me with my problem with Microsoft they never charged me. It's good when someone says I don't think I can help you with this one.

I took my laptop to Lucy. I had it at a so called computer Dr. They ruined it and killed it. I brought it to Lucy and she pulled out her Harry Potter wand did her magic. It went from being dead to like a brand new computer. She can do wonders to a computer. I will definitely be taking mine here. If I ever have any problems again.
