We received incredible service from both Koen and Lennon. Both were very responsive and resourceful. We went through 3 different modems in a short period of time (due to spotty reception with 2 5G modems and ultimately settled back in with a cable company’s modem). Each time we ran into issues, Lennon got us through the issues with patience and kindness.
