First off, it's difficult to get a day pass with the doors all locked. The member that let me in asked if I forgot my fob in a condescending manner and when the front desk staff greeted me I didn't get the sense that it was a very welcoming place. The facilities are fine, but I went during a quiet time and still had to wait for some equipment. In addition to that, I'd estimate 20-30% of the free weight machines and racks had weights left on from prior use. Overall I'd say this facility has great potential, just needs more courtesy from members.

Incredible people who have developed a long standing culture that continues to improve individuals. It's wonderful to see the transformations if their members and how actively they participate in helping them meet their goals.
