My husband and sons go to Modern Gents. We’ve always been super happy with any service they have gotten. My son called me after his appointment today and said “damn my hair looks good”.

I had a good experience with Jon. My appointment started a little later than scheduled, but I wasn’t in a rush and the cut was worth it. I left happy with both the haircut and beard trim and would book with him again.

Had a cut so bad I went home and tried to fix it myself. (Turned out a little better.. not much)
Super unprofessional here. Getting a haircut feels like you’re intruding. 0/10 do not recommend.

Not mad about the price or the wait or even the establishment quite a nice experience with that but the overall product is awful see for your self, I would not recommend Jon or he said he went by tag or Alex, and he did not take in account of my hair type till mid cut, (picture of barber attached) (Update the owner reached out to me and apologized and offered to have someone else try and fix my hair I declined but respect how he handled the situation after the fact

I’d been a loyal customer of Gabe’s for years, and he consistently provided exceptional haircuts. After his passing, I’ve had the pleasure of getting cuts from Jay, John, and Dre. Each of them did a fantastic job, and I’m definitely going back!

Do Not Go Here. I Booked a Haircut and Beard trim in Wausau, WI with Jon and prepaid everything (including tip) and he text me a couple hours before my appointment and said there was a mistake and he wasn’t working that day. I am from out of town and couldn’t rebook so I requested a refund. I have called 4 times and left 2 messages and still haven’t received a refund or even a call back. I highly recommend you go somewhere else.

Haven’t been to a barber in 15 years and booked with Jose on Friday. He was fantastic and delivered exceptional service. Will be back in the future just because of him.

The owner of this establishment canceled my eight year old son's haircut at the last minute tonight because she doesn't like his father. It was to be his first haircut and that's what he wanted for his birthday.
Pretty sleazy.

I went to great clips for my last hair cut. They messed it up big time! I told myself I’d pay more for better quality next time. I heard about this place and thought I would give it a try. I didn’t think any place could make me want to go back to great clips. I was wrong.
