We got sprayed with ice chunks and blew out a tire. Jiffy Lube was the closest place that we could safely get too. By some weird magical intervention, they had a used tire that could safely get us back home. Ryan was amazing. He didnt have to look, but he saw a problem and tried what was in his power to help. Thank you for being human and helping another human. Thank you for being good in a world so full of hate lately.

Quick in and out and people were nice to deal with. Think price was a bit on the high side as the place I usually go is $75 for synthetic and they do a tire rotation included in that price.

Since my father passed away, I've had to learn a lot about car maintenance suddenly, things he used to help me with. Ryan, a truly exceptional manager, took the time to patiently explain everything to me, and I can't express how much I appreciated his kindness. He didn't have to go the extra mile, but he did. When I asked questions like how often I should get an oil change, he explained everything clearly and without judgment. He even took the time to teach me about engine and air filters, which I'll be coming back to address on my next visit.
