Awful. Had a 250 gift card and they closed and refuse to answer emails or calls about the gift card and the wasted money.

Place is closing down 4/1, or “switching locations” if you have a gift card I’d use it quick or ask for a refund. Terrible customer service - if you are looking for a nice spa who actually treat their customers well, try These Hands! They won’t disappoint.
