Massage was amazing along with whirlpool tub-perfect for pre bachelorette parties. Front desk individual was rude from when I booked the appointment and when we paid and tipped. She was unable to recommend any services for 3 women to enjoy together when I originally called. Sometimes guidance is helpful. Unfortunately no other places were available for day. If you don’t mind the rude greetings, again the massages-foot and Swedish were great.

Finding a place that does a bikini wax was difficult, and I'm so glad I found Hot Waters Spa! It was so affordable and she did a great job, was super fun to talk with, and very professional! It was my first strip-less wax, so I would say it hurt a bit more than hot waxing with strips.

Had a wonderful day of pampering from a super friendly staff and very clean and comfortable facility. I would have giving 5 stars, but in my opinion the massage table was not as comfy as I have been on in the past. Maybe some memory foam so you cannot actually feel the table would be great. Otherwise it was absolutely heavenly. Highly recommended because of the awesome staff!!! They made the experience that much better. I rate the staff 5 stars hands down.
