Very easy to work with. Got a large loan. Our biggest issue is it was not explained up front that the majority of the loan would go towards paying off debts instead of directly to you. So if you are needing money right now for something, make sure They know that right away.
Fast, precise, efficient and real in their courteous and caring manner. They met my needs and I am looking forward to paying off this loan and doing more business with Heights Finance. We worked with May who is an established all-star and had many good interactions with new employee Alex who while learning is excellent. Thank you so much.
The employees are great, but good luck ever being able to access your account using their website as it's ALWAYS "down for maintenance." At least they hire good people for the offices.
