Bob came to our home to do some non emergency repairs for us. Even though it wasn't an emergency, he was here in a couple of days. He had everything with him and immediately repaired our leaks. I really appreciate that he took the time to explain to us what needed to be done and why. I'll be calling Genrich Plumbing again for my plumbing needs.

I texted Bob early Friday and by early afternoon he replaced a faulty sensor on my hot water heater. Our hot water heater was back in service within 5 hours of my original text message.

Genrich Plumbing and Heating recently came to my home to install a kitchen faucet and shower head. Bob was very personable and courteous to me and respectful of my home in addition to being very knowledgeable.
