It’s been about a month since we had the install of the invisible fence. I gotta say…it has worked better than I thought.
My dogs only needed about two weeks of on leash training and have been able to go off leash in the yard ever since!! We have a lot of other dogs in the neighborhood that walk by our house…but no issues have occurred. They stay in the yard and don’t even approach.
The only issue we had was the first day they went off leash…a rabbit was in the yard they both went after it…the fence did its job and turned them back into the yard almost right away.
With it being summer now..we have allowed them outside with our kids to play and they act as protection.
A very solid purchase choice. Patty and Shane are wonderful ppl to talk to and they will work with you to get things right.

Shane at Dog Watch is amazing! He installed our first fence in 2012 and it worked beautifully. Eventually, our dog didn’t even need to wear the collar-she just knew her boundaries. That sweet dog died last fall, and we just got a new puppy. We called Dog Watch to get our system up and running again, and Shane repaired everything (damage we had done) for a reasonable price. We couldn’t be happier. Thanks!

Our invisible fence installation was easy and effortless from start to finish. Shane and Patti were wonderful people to work with — professional, friendly, and very helpful throughout the entire process.
Everything was explained clearly, and the installation went seamlessly. We purchased two collars for our labs, which the training was stress-free and straightforward. We also really appreciated working with a local company versus a franchise. It’s nice knowing support is just a quick easy phone call away if we ever need anything. We would highly recommend them to anyone considering an invisible fence for their pets!

We have two Siberian Huskies, and the hidden fence works great for them. They quickly learned their boundaries, and it has given us peace of mind letting them enjoy the yard safely. I have used Shane and Patti for my underground fence needs since somewhere around 2016. Experienced and professional. Service is very quick from needing a new battery, responding to emails, to a change in the line. We recently moved and decided to use Halo. But I found it to be more complicated than underground fence: it needed it be charged every night versus a multi year battery life, training your dog to respond to multiple sounds versus one, and learned the collars just don’t seem to last as long in addition to the lag, line of sight and weather inconsistencies with the GPS collar. The underground fence was highly reliable, consistent, and on going costs are only a few replacement batteries. We went back to underground fence with Shane!

DogWatch of Central Wisconsin installed my underground fence over 6 years ago and it is still going strong! When we damaged a buried wire, Shane came out quickly, found the break and repaired it quickly. The durability and reliability of this underground fence is amazing. The collar batteries have great longevity. I also have an indoor unit to keep the dogs out of rooms they don't belong (ie the cat litter box area, ha ha!), which I love. If I move, I will be calling DogWatch of Central Wisconsin to keep my pets safe in my new yard.

Patti and her team have been phenomenal. Our lab/St. Bernard mix can be stubborn, so we needed a bit of extra handholding when it came to training. Patti returned to our house multiple times to help us troubleshoot some issues. Tilly is now happily and safely enjoying her new yard!
