Advantage makes sure I have the best coverages for my needs, even if that means switching insurance companies. When I was in an accident, I left a voicemail after hours with Advantage to let them know and where I was in the claim process (I will add this was around 10pm… during a holiday weekend). I was called back right away, first words were asking if I was ok. I didn’t expect any response until business days resumed. They were available for the many questions and concerns I had. If they didn’t have an answer for me, they would make calls to find the answer. I was treated like a person, by people that are in our community.
