Right when I walked through the door everyone was kind and welcoming. Kristy and Savanna not only made me feel comfortable during this experience, but made it enjoyable and did amazing work. It was my first time getting lip filler, so naturally I was a little anxious. That means A++ skill, professionalism, efficiency, and attention to detail. More recently, I've been seeing Emme at the Fitchburg location. I'll leave out the personal details of my services, but I appreciate that they work quickly, maintain truly exceptional cleanliness throughout the spaces, and are very good at reading the room--friendly enough to make you feel comfortable, but absolutely able to match the customer's preferred style. For me, that means less chit-chat and more "get down to business," especially since I go through these appointments without pain suppressants. Velvet continues to earn 5 stars.“

“Becca is amazing with my naturally curly medium length hair. Like another faithful client, I followed her from Elevation. She’s been my hairstylist for over 15 years! Once you find someone like Becca, you keep going back. As for the 1-star review she has from a customer who needed to cancel a bunch of times, bah-humbug! Becca is flexible and easy to schedule with. I feel that person should have volunteered to pay Becca for the missed appointments. Asking a private business owner to absorb multiple missed appointments regardless of the reason is not fair. Everyone understands a need to cancel, but repeatedly canceling is not cool. I recommend Becca 100%!“
