“I got a Brazilian by Idalys and let me just tell you, A+++++ SHE WAS AMAZING. She is a new employee and I was a model she practiced on, but I highly recommend asking for her if you go to velvet! It was my first time ever getting waxed but she made me feel super comfortable — no awkwardness at all even though my goods were just all laid out in front of her. She was very accommodating to my needs, for ex I am a wimp and definitely yelled a little bit but she was so sweet about it, let me take breaks when I needed, and even started switching sides every other strip because it felt better for me rather than the doing all of one side before moving on to the next! She was so chill and like I said I’ve never had this done before so I was nervous about how intimate we were gonna get, but she was so professional about it! It was so easy to hold a convo with her which is also a huge reason i would recommend her! Very easy going and overall was the main reason my experience went so well! I was in and out in under 45 minutes :)Ask for Idalys!!“

“They have a great set up for little kid cuts with the car chair and did amazing (and so patient) with our little guy getting his first hair cut, which he was not feeling at first. “Angi has been cutting and/or coloring my hair for the past 2 years or so. She is kind and knowledgeable (and fun to talk to!) and has given me so much great advice on how to take care of my curly hair. My hair has gone from limp, frizzy waves to bouncy, hydrated, well-defined curls in the past 2 years because of her haircuts and advice. She is thorough with consultations and will be honest and tell you if something you requested isn't going to work. I highly recommend her and the Loft in general!“

“Sierra did a phenomenal job with my lashes and brow lamination! I needed to get some old lashes removed and do a whole new set and she was super quick but also turned out great high quality lashes! Also I had been thinking about a brown lamination for a while and was just scared about how it might make my brows look as my brows are very thin and never seem to do what I want them to. She was great about answering my questions and consulting with me about what exactly I wanted, especially regarding the shape. We initially had some trouble getting the hair to flatten out, and had to go through the process twice (through no fault of sierra’s, my brow hairs are just very stubborn) and it turned out so nice! I’ve never liked the look of my brows more! It did take off the tint that I had, meaning they will be looking a little sparse for the next few days while the lamination fully sets so I would be aware of that going in, but again that is no fault of Sierra’s. Overall she was very professional, respectful and talented. I will definitely be going back!“
