Disappointed with how my account has been handled by a senior manager. Had an issue needing attention and the matter could’ve been resolved with a few follow ups and professional guidance. Not the customer service I was expecting.

The Road Home Dane County has had our annual audit completed by Wegner for many years. Most recently, Erin Ezdon has been our lead auditor. She and her team were timely, professional, accurate and easy to work with during what could be a stressful time for organizations. Erin is fair and holds agencies accountable, but works in a way where it's clear she wants what is best for the organization she is auditing. I would definitely recommend this team to others.

When a mistake was made a couple of years ago, Wegner CPAs addressed it quickly, communicated well about it and fixed it without additional expense.
