I received a free Fall HVAC Heat Tuneup offer from AHS via email(if you schedule it from an AHS account, they will take $100 for this service ). I submitted the request online and got assigned to MAJESTIC CUSTOM CONSTRUCTION, INC. They called at 7:30 AM the next day, and David (Very Knowledgeable and Experienced) arrived early at 11:00 AM for a 1:00 to 3:00 PM appointment—honest furnace inspection, smooth, prompt, and professional service(everything explained in a detailed manner). I highly recommend this HVAC Company for urgent and on-time HVAC needs!
Long review coming in 3..2..1.. where to begin with my experience with Majestic Custom. We’ll back in the beginning of June I submitted a claim through my home warranty and was assigned to Majestic Custom. Within the week Troy came out and did the assessment on my AC unit and it turned out it needed to be replaced… After many attempts to get answers from my home warranty company on when my unit would be replace I finally called back to Majestic Custom for help.. boy let me tell you I would have been lost without them. Especially with the Amazing help I received from Andre’!! At one point we did a three way and my home warranty company actually hung up the phone...read full review
