Douglas. Douglas. A 1000x Douglas. This wonderful employee stayed past closing to help me with my glasses repair. For free. Without even hesitation. I accidentally walked in after closing an hour, and he dropped what he was doing (probably trying to go he whipped up a cure for my old creaky glasses. This employee - Waukesha Wisconsin location - was friendly, knowledgeable, and so kind. He is an asset to your company. Well done.

We would give this location a 10 star if we could. Douglas was incredible to work with. Yesterday he helped me figure out how I was going to see (ordering a clear lense for my eyeglasses) after my first cataract surgery. The cost was more than fair and it should come in shortly after I have the surgery! Today we stopped in for glasses for my husband. My husband found a pair of frames that he liked, and since we were previous customers, the process was so quick and easy. We do not have vision insurance now (we are retired), so the sale on frames and lenses made it work for us. (I do know that Shopko periodically has these types of sales.)
