Dear All that are checking out whether to go to this facility. I urge you to beware. I should have done more research on their reviews before booking an appointment. Initially I was referred to them to possible help my son, booked an appointment and was told to put my credit card on file. The office told me that they would take my insurance, after checking with my insurance company , they do not take the insurance so I called in advance and politely canceled my appointment. At no point did anyone tell me they would bill me for services they did not actually do. Sadly they did charged my card days later, this is Fraud! I tried many times to reach their billing department without success. They do not even have the decency to respond to my calls and messages. Chase is investigating them for fraudulent activity.. I urge you all to reconsider using this facility. There are other better quality and Honest and Transparent companies that. can help you. Consider Dr. Byron or Trinergy. I assume Serenity will respond to this with a snarky response as they do with all of their many negative posts which speaks volumes about the character of their staff. Please Be Well and Beware of this facility.

I’ve been a patient of Serenity for 18 years! They’re amazing and so educated and even more informative. I highly recommend everyone at Serenity however I’ve personally seen Dr. Muth, Amy, Charity and Joanna.

Buyer beware...they are not upfront with any costs and you will have a hefty bill at the end of your appointment. Sadly it seems like they are more into sales than healthcare.

I agree with Jennifer's review below. This place is unethical and only wants your $$. I recently saw a nurse practitioner there, for a mere 10-14 mins and was charged around $250 for this. Then I was charged close to $100 for two tinctures I purchased to see if I may have lyme. The nurse practitioner felt my labs reflected that I was taking to much thryoid meds and she lowered the dose. Everything in my labs were in the normal range except for a TSH score, something that Dr. Muth, the owner, had told me in the past she ignores. I simply asked the staff, which included one receptionist and a nurse to relay the message that I would like Dr. Muth to review my lab results when she was available and see is she agreed or not with lowering my thryoid meds since I had seen Dr. Muth one time in the past and I was told via text message that I would have to make a 60 minute appt with Dr. Muth to get this answer. A 60min appt is Extremely costly. The receptionist Kimberly is very rude , plus the nurse practitioner never told me that I should drink plenty of water while taking the tinctures, I had to find that out by reading online. This place feels extremely comfortable taking large sums of money from the patients but then when it comes to returning this with exceptional care, it all goes down hill from there. I had a bad experience with this place before, but decided to give them another chance, and now I regret it.

I would give this place zeros stars if I could. Not concerned about keeping you healthy, just concerned about getting as much money out of you as possible. "Dr" Muth is NOT a medical doctor and rather than give her patients the full extent of her knowledge during $600/hr appointments, she then tries to sell you on classes where she gives more of her knowledge that apparently isn't shared in appointments. Desk staff is rude, unhelpful and I had to argue about not being able to afford a private $300 salvia test over getting bloodwork done that was covered by my insurance because the salvia test was supposedly more accurate (it is not for the meds I needed). Again, they are looking to take advantage of people who really need help with chronic illnesses and taking as much money as possible.

We've been patients for several years, and we wouldn't think of going elsewhere. Thoughtful and considerate care. Professional and up to date on their medical research.
