The service I received from Schoenwalder from their plumbers, Mike and Ricky, was stellar. I had several concerns that they dealt with quickly and professionally. There had also been a great deal of rain, and I was concerned about my sump pump working. Their reassurances that all was well after thoroughly checking it out with several tests gave me total peace of mind. The repairs I needed on other items are perfect and I will always call Schoenwalder when I need a responsive, professional plumbing company.

While, I’m happy with the service that they provided, they came in and did what they had to do. They were Done within a half an hour. What got them three stars was The failure to disclose the price in the beginning before making the service call for main drain cleaning. They added 125 dollars on top of the $300 that they said they were gonna charge for labor because they had a helper. For anybody that’s looking into a similar job please make sure to ask if they’re gonna have a helper. Update. I received a call from the company after reviewing my review they refunded me the $125 back to my account. Any company that’s able to call me back and fix... read full review

Prompt and Professional Service, but expensive. The water heater started leaking Mon late afternoon. called Schoenwalder and they quickly gave me a quote and appointment for the next day. Trevor (installer) was great - very professional, courteous to answer questions, and very clean work. Total cost was very high (>$3000), including an extra $235 to replace the inlet valve and small amount of PVC pipe. Bottom line - if you need a broad range of plumbing work done and don't mind paying higher prices, Schoenwalder may be a good option. If you just need a water heater, then you can probably save $500+ with a different option like Midwest Water Heaters.
