When you buy a 20 year old home and the previous owners tell the realtor that they never used the fireplace, you get it inspected and cleaned before using it. Of the 3 companies that we emailed, Quality was the only one to respond to our inquiry. They responded promptly, scheduled the service, the technician arrived on time. Josh did a thorough inspection and cleaning and pointed out some minor issues to watch as well as gave some maintenance tips. The price was higher than anticipated, but skilled trades require training and the investment into the safety of our home is worth it.
