I had an excellent experience working with my audiologist, Victoria Steinhoff. She was knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to make sure my hearing needs were fully understood. The office staff was welcoming and professional throughout the entire process. My Starkey Omega AI hearing devices have been a game-changer — clear sound, comfortable to wear, and a noticeable improvement in my everyday life. I highly recommend Victoria and this office to anyone seeking quality hearing care.
Dr. Irene is very professional and truly cares about helping her patients. She takes the time to listen, explain, and follows up until the problem is solved. She is very patient and makes you feel comfortable. Erica, who is training under Dr. Irene, has the same great qualities as her. It is very clear that Dr. Irene is not only a wonderful Audiologist, but an excellent teacher! Erica is going to be an excellent Audiologist as well! They both are highly recommended!
This placed helped me figure out the depth of my hearing loss better than I could ever imagine. I almost cried when I put my hearing aids in, realizing how hard of hearing I was for all these years. The process was easy and the staff is amazing and understanding. I also loved the color choices. At first, I was shown neutral colors (white, black, variations of grey, cream), and then they told me about pink. It’s a soft pink, very gentle on the eyes. I came in two weeks later (they usually don’t take that long, but I gave birth to my son within that time!).
