Everyone was so nice! I woke up one day and couldn't hear at all. They got me in within a couple of hours and took great care of me. My ears both had blockages and they cleaned them out right away. I ended up getting hearing aids after many years of hearing loss. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. They made sure I understood the whole process right from the start and that I was comfortable with the new devices once they arrived. I love them and I love being able to hear again! I highly recommend Professional Hearing Services.
I wanted to be able to hear my husband more clearly, and I wanted a hearing device that didn't interfere with my spectacles. My Starkey hearing aids accomplish both those goals. I am aware that they are in my ears, but they are not uncomfortable. I can adjust the volume to focus on what I want to hear or to quiet unpleasant noise. I am a happy customer!
