The retirement community I live in is having all windows replaced; they hired PCI for the work. My apartment was the first of 53 plus apartments. I couldn’t be more satisfied with the work I saw done. The crew couldn’t have been more professional and polite. They took care to protect my furniture, floors and other property. When they finished in my apartment, they did an excellent clean up of the areas. There was no goofing around from any of these young men; they worked tirelessly from morning until evening…a 12 hours plus day at my apartment. And the windows now look wonderful. PCI completed a commercial remodeling job at our firm. I worked closely with Mike, the project manager. The job was done professionally and in a timely manner. Typically, once a job is complete, no follow up is done, but Mike has checked in multiple times to make sure there are no additional items that need addressing. We are very happy in our new space. It was a pleasure working with PCI. I would recommend.
We found PCI a few years ago when we were vetting contractors to build a deck and small addition onto our home. Aside from their competitive quote, what really sold us on PCI was their people. From initial concept meetings to material selection, the PCI team was collaborative and advisory in making plans for our project. The craftsmanship and professionalism they delivered during the actual build was exceptional, and we are thrilled with the final product.
