We are more than pleased with the results of the exterior roofing and siding upgrade of our house in Bay View. We would like to thank the Modern Exteriors Team, as they have provided a tremendous service to Kathy and I at a great value. Your outfit has done a great job. Starting with Kasi all the way to the guys doing the work, the professionalism, workmanship, and value provided has been tremendous. Two of my neighbors and our kids have advised that our house looks like a new home in the neighborhood. If anyone reading this is looking for a new roof, siding, gutters & soffits, etc. these folks do excellent work.

We had three basic jobs done. New side door with frame, gutters repaired and leaf screens installed (with downspout installed) and new siding on dormer. All work was done very efficiently and all look very good. Very happy with results.?-

Everyone I dealt with within the organization was knowledgable, professional, and courteous. All appointments were kept, all estimates were followed, work was completed on time and budget, and couldn’t even tell they had been there; they clean up extremely well.
There may be cheaper options, however time and quality does have a value. If quality and thoroughness of work and value of your time and lack of hassle is high on your priorities as is piece of mind, I strongly recommend working with Modern Exterior.
