Two of my neighbors and our kids have advised that our house looks like a new home in the neighborhood. Modern Exterior did such a great job on my house. The process was quick, the materials were top tier, and the staff were very professional almost felt like family. I am so pleased with how my house turned out. It started out as an outdated eyesore into now the focal point in my neighborhood. It’s very beautiful. We had Modern Exterior replace our chimney chase with cement siding. They special ordered the correct color siding and the instillation went smoothly. They did a great job with the siding as well as the cleanup. I recommend Modern Exterior Roofing.

Bought a house from Tyler. He lied during the disclosure of what was wrong with the house. We asked them to remove the roof jacks and fix the siding, as it seemed inline with what they do for work. He refused to do either. He refused to clean up after himself and left a huge mess for us to clean up on move in(four garabage cans full of garabage and sewer pipes, sewage, and construction materials), which we had to sort out to not get fined by the city. There are also many corners that were cut on the inside(doors installed backwards, locks installed upside-down, door tracks cut short, shotty paint/plaster jobs, windows installed incorrectly, locks without keys). Left several ladders and wheelbarrows on the property. Our joke was everything was a little short. Inside the closets you can see the raw materials and exposed space. Like it wasn't completely finished. And the first floor cant get above 37°F... it appears that the furnaces doesn't work and he never disclosed that. He also used tiny screws into drywall to put up closest rods...use longer screws into studs. They will stay and support weight...as soon as I put something on it, it ripped out of the wall. They missed a downspouts on the garage.
Anything we asked for Tyler to do, he pushed back on and tried to have us handle instead. I would highly recommend looking for another company to work with that is more personable and flexible. For a company that focuses on this stuff, not wanting to clean up after themselves is appalling. Overall, I would avoid this company like the plaque.
