One star. Booked a haircut with a front-of-neck shave — turns out Men’s Hair House only does back-of-neck. Fine, mistakes happen. What’s not fine is Kirstyn’s attitude. When I asked about it, she was confused, then flat-out rude, demanding I “prove” what I’d booked. I wouldn’t have booked the cut without the shave. Won’t be back.

They always do an excellent job on my son’s hair, and his hair is a challenge. It’s the only place we go now for him.

Worst haircut ever. I came in as my long-term hair stylist is on maternity leave. I provided straightforward direction and received a haircut that felt like the individual had never cut hair in their life.
I have had some success with this establishment previously as a backup option, but this was a nightmare.

I had Kerry today and I swear she was sent to earth by god. I’ve never have had someone who actually took time to work your hair type into a style you wanted. She asked questions and really understood what I wanted while also correcting the mistake the last hair dresser/stylist did to me. 10’s across the board.
