JB and Ryan at Home Guard were extremely patient throughout the extended period our project took to complete. Phase 1 was concrete work that we had done through their preferred contractor. Phase 2 was porch roof reconstruction we undertook personally. And Phase 3 was the siding, soffit, and gutter work Home Guard's crew installed. Overall, a 3 month project.
The steel siding and aluminum soffit and gutters they installed were done to the complete satisfaction of my wife and I. Great experience from beginning to end. Day 1, the owner was on my roof checking the work site! Ryan Blunt was very helpful with communication to and from the insurance company. All work crews came and went without any mess, whatsoever! Home Guard was able to work within the insurance scope and get everything we wanted and more. Over all, a very pleasent experience, thank you Home Guard Exteriors.
We received outstanding service and support throughout the process of having our roof and siding replaced. From the initial consultation with Ryan, to the days when the work was done, we were impressed with the level of courtesy and professionalism among all of the workers. I highly recommend them!
