    The worst experience I have ever had and very disappointed. Our eye appointment was June 27th 2024. Glasses came back not correct they were to send them back to get corrected. Today is 8/27/ 24 and I am still waiting for my glasses. We called them back at the beginning of August after NOT hearing from them. Glasses were miss placed/lost and order was not sent in to get corrected.

    I had an eye exam and asked doctor my mid range vision was blurry so he recommended progressive lens. This was in December 2023 .my glasses took till February 19 2024. I tried on the classes and my vision was blurry.to be able clear I would have to turn my head to see clearly.about 45degrees . I told told optician they weren’t right . She said to were them for a while at home so my eyes would adjust. I’d tried driving with them and almost got into an account and got a terrific headache . I went to take them back to get some l lens that would work. The same optician told me if I have worn bi-focal lenses for more than 10 years people can’t see out of progressively clearly. So she said she would check with my insurance (united Healthcare UHC Dual Complete) .I recorded the conversation because I am disabled on social security . She took my measurements for bi-focals said she can remake them. She called me a few days later.she said they would replace the lenses but I would have to pay full price out of pocket to do so. I record this conversation also . She said she talked to her manager and decided I need to pay for them. Then she said they wanted me to wear the glasses every day for 2 weeks. I told her again that won’t work. So she kept repeating the glasses were correct. So I left. I called my insurance and told them what had happened and they were going to file a grievances with herslof. I over the years have been treated like this. Because businesses think they can get away with it. I may get in touch with legal aid . I just wanted glasses I can see clearly through. So now if this is not resolved. I have to go to another eye care company to pay for new lens out of this years 400.00 I get from this years insurance. So herslofts not only did not fix the problem they got $240.00 of my government insurance that paid for lens that I get headaches and I can see clearly through. So if you’re on government insurance I recommend going elsewhere they will help you. So much for the policy of do no harm to your patients . This is the Waukesha store on meadowbrook rd, Waukesha wi

    The store hours is 10-6 but it has been several times we went there and it was closed. If you close your store randomly at the middle of the day then write that on your store hours so people do not waste time and gas driving there!

    The worst customer service I have known !!!After 4 weeks of not getting my glasses made I asked for a refund of the 240.00 plus insurance paid . They said they would send me a check. Ya right its been now three weeks and nothing !! Ugh

    Eileen and Michele were very helpful when it came to picking out my glasses. They explained all my options and help me decide which ones where best for my needs. I will be returning for a second pair.

    Horrible, horrible, horrible customer service they are always Out to Lunch 🤔, terrible lenses my husband has never walked out of there where he didn't have to return because of the mistakes they have made 😤 we should ncgarge them for the cost of gas with all the back and forth he has to do ( we don't live next door🙄) he would never go back but thats were his company sends him for safety glasses but thats going to change! There is not enough negative words in the English language to describe this terrible company! Go there at your own risk! ☹☹☹

    Paid $300 for glasses. Took 2 months almost to get them. They were not even prescriptions. Needed them for safety reasons. Only to find out they were there but in my prescribing doctors name. Then went to pick them up and asked if they would fit them to my face. Was told they fitted them prior to me picking them up when I tried them on to make my decisions what frames I wanted. Mind you I have never worn glasses before as I never needed them. I took their word for it. Then not even a week later they slid off my face and broke in half. I accidentally stepped on them! . (I have had 5 eye surgeries in the last year so my depth perception is off) told them about it and they told me that they should have fit them to my face when I picked them up. They were sorry and can order me a new pair at full price as it’s not their fault they denied a fitting. But I could have taken it to be fitted else where. I’d never go to them again. Ever.
