I went here to get a facial and ended up getting Chloe! When I walked into Hand and Stone I wasn’t welcomed or even payed attention to. But, my facial was amazing. Chloe was very professional and introduced herself. I was nervous because I had never had a facial before, and was worried how my skin was going to react because my skin is quite sensitive. Chloe was very professional and told me everything she was going to do and explained why she was doing it. She gave me advice on how to help with my skin sensitivity, and was overall very welcoming. If you’re looking to get a facial at Hand and Stone, I highly recommend seeing Chloe.

I have been a member of hand and stone massage in greenfield, which I had excellent experience with but have relocated near Waukesha and had an amazing facial with Marissa. She was knowledgeable, looked up my previous routines with my previous aesthetician and has followed up with a skin care planner will do. The facial itself was amazing and relaxing. I would recommend.

Walking in I instantly felt relaxed! The girl behind the counter was kind and helpful. Angela gave me one of the best massages I’ve had in my life!!! Do yourself a favor and get a hot stone massage! You won’t regret it.
