My aunt has had many appointments here. She is older and has missed a few times. Every time she missed, she's paid anyway just for the inconvenience. Now the owner refuses to make her an appointment stating "she has to take care of her girls". They've always gotten paid whether she showed or not, how is that not taking care of them?! Horrible service!
