Went to Silvernail store, got my haircut after years of not going. My stylist was Emily, she was Awesome, she knew I was nervous, showed me everything, and did a excellent job. Everyone there was friendly. Best customer service experience! Definitely going back to see her my next haircut!
Normally I go to different hair salons, because they are very close to my place. Those salons are closed on Monday 4/13, and I checked in online for this location. I am very happy with my stylist. After years, I had a wonderful haircut, the way I wanted and my sincere gratitude to the stylist. At the end I asked her name, but I forgot her name now (I think it starts with B). I wish, there is a way to choose the stylist at the time of check-in so that I can select the same stylist for my next haircut. Thank you!
