Stylist: Tammey at the Silvernail location was great! I took my Granddaughter for a trim, and Tammey talked to her all through the process, reassuring her she wouldn't cut off any more than she needed to. My Granddaughter is very happy with her first experience to a salon!! Grandma is, too!

Once again I had a great experience at Cost Cutters! Today was a perm and trim. Renée always does a great job. I am having surgery on Monday and she took the time to explain that the perm could possibly relax a bit do to that.I really appreciated that as I have had some surprises with things lately that doctors have not mentioned could happen. At least I know the possibility going in. The staff is always so friendly . I really enjoy going there.
