Once again I had a great experience at Cost Cutters! Today was a perm and trim. Renée always does a great job. I am having surgery on Monday and she took the time to explain that the perm could possibly relax a bit do to that.I really appreciated that as I have had some surprises with things lately that doctors have not mentioned could happen. At least I know the possibility going in. The staff is always so friendly . I really enjoy going there.

We brought our daughter in to get a pixie cut. The shop was clean and all were wearing masks. The gentleman who cut her hair did a really fabulous job( I wish I got his name). Her hair looks great. We will be back!

Have been going here for years! Had many stylist, but had Lance again today thankfully!! I had a TERRIBLE anxiety attack before/during/after my appointment. I have been doing my own hair since shut down but don't have thinning shears...so tried to brave the elements. Lance has always been amazing with me, but this went above and beyond given today's issues. I called a couple minutes before to let him know what was going on. I made it inside in time and he (honestly like he always has) made me feel right at home. Thankfully there were only two clients and two stylists in the building. So so grateful for Lance and natalie who took my call!!
