Working with Fox River was easy. Everything was clearly explained. There were no issues. Their people are friendly and responsive. We are totally satisfied with their work on our project.
I have had Fox River here for many projects. We had a barn roof redone, as well as the roof on our home. In addition to that, we have had numerous repairs done here. Unfortunately, in the home building process, we were naïve/not knowledgeable 20 years ago and missed some of the customary “best practices” for ensuring longevity on some key elements of our house.
Fox River has remedied numerous issues that were safety related. The first safety issue they identified saved us from having a house fire. Nothing but great things to say about Fox River Home Improvements. We had a big issue with water heater venting/chimney flue and these guys came out the very next day to check it out. All problems were solved one day later because they cared about the safety of my family. Will recommend this team to everyone I know in the future. Very grateful for their help and professionalism. They walked me through the process step by step and the pricing was better than any other estimates I received from other companies. Can’t go wrong with this company!! 10/10!
