    I had the opportunity to practice at Everyday Bliss on multiple occasions in June. Being a seasoned yoga practitioner for over 20 years I found the classes to be well structured with a grounding beginning a build up to a peak pose followed by an appropriate savasana to assimilate the physical, energetic and mental benefits of the class. The space is clean and welcoming with abundant natural light.     Omg…. Like omg…. I’m at a loss for words. I never knew so much could happen in one hr…This was my first ever yoga class in my life and it started with me laughing with joy and trying to stay serious as I couldn’t help but chuckle at how stiff and inflexible I was, yet how fun yin yoga was! I didn’t know who Pamela was, but my son and I were greeted with her kindness and warm smile.During the last part of her class I broke down in tears experiencing emotional healing and deep healing while I felt surrounded by God’s presence and felt Him speak to me.     I thoroughly enjoyed my time at Everyday Bliss. Pamela is an amazing soul who put her love and energy into creating a space for all. The massage program was tough and dedicated to putting out the best MTs that they can!
