I’m a gender fluid male who presents at times as a woman. I have brown/ black hair and my facial hair was very difficult to hide when en femme.I tried laser, and while it was effective for a short time on the dark hair, the grays were not touched, and it turns out that mattered more than I thought. Hard to cover. After a lot of research in the area, looking for an electrolysis professional that had the background, experience and familiarity with male facial hair removal, I settled on Jacqui.I’ve been with her since September ‘22, and it’s August ‘23 now. Jaqui is so professional and extremely empathetic I've been seeing her for alittle over 2 years and it works!!! She's knows everything there is to know and probably than some, laser did not work for Me but this does? I don't know what I'd do if I hadn't found her she's been a such a blessing to me,I was always beyond depressed about my face constantly and she saved it for me❤️ and I've had the best conversations at my appoitments☺️

I’ve had an excellent experience working with Jacqui. The work that she does is absolutely life changing! I wish I would have come to her years ago. She’s also extremely friendly and kind. I highly recommend her to anyone who is considering electrology. You will not regret it.
