When my family called the Cox company, who ever answered was rude and sounded irritated that my family called for help. High priced compared to other local plumbing companies. I wouldn’t recommend using them.

Had Jeff over to fix an ugly clogged drain. He worked at it for over an hour with two different sewer snakes and got the job done. I and my son in law worked at it for hours a few days before and couldn't get it cleaned out. Great to have a functioning sink again.

Our water heater started spraying water out of it on Tuesday evening. I called Jeff Wednesday morning, explained the situation, and he made his recommendation to replace our dated unit. We had a new water heater and hot water before 3pm that day. Jeff was responsive and pleasant to work with. Even when I felt like I was being annoying, he did not seem annoyed. His price was reasonable and he was very clear in his communication of what to expect. I will absolutely be using him again for all my plumbing needs.Service: Water heater installation

Great guy to call for a drain cleaning, was able to clear a blockage by himself in 15min that another company couldn't clear with 2 guys in 2 hours

Called jeff for a cloged drain, his truck was down at this point but he said he would use his own car to help us in our time in need. jeff is a up standing guy and very easy to talk to, i would reccamend jeff for all your plumbing needs. thank you jeff for being there for us. i will use him again if needed. and i highly suggest you do the same. thanks again jeff. terry and julie.

Called Jeff in the event of an emergency on a Saturday night regarding water leak. Turned out the water leak was a fire suppression system. Jeff went out of his way to go to the fire department to turn off the fire suppression system in our building. He went well above his duty to help fix my problem!
