Brian went above and beyond our expectations. We weren't able to attend the inspection as we are buying from out of state. Brian did a great job of providing great detail in the report and talking through my questions on the report. Highly recommend!

Very in depth and detailed inspection. Addressed all of our concerns and makes his reports very easy to read if you have zero house maintenance knowledge. Also creates a binder for you on how to fix the problems he found and regular house maintenance. Very professional and kind. Highly recommend!
