“I wanted a new dentist and checked with my other medical providers for suggestions. Hartstone sounded ideal. A quick conversation with the absolutely delightful office staff confirmed my insurance coverage. Completed some online forms, had my old records transferred, and managed to get in to see Dr. Jon faster than I had anticipated. When I arrived I was greeted by the above mentioned staff, taken to an exam room by Mackenna who double checked my history and took X-rays, then I met Dr. Jon. He is friendly, welcoming, efficient and detailed. I liked him immediately. The concern I had had was quickly dismissed and a few previously unknown issues addressed. This office, and the people, are nothing short of sensational. I think I have found my new dental provider. The office is impeccably clean, modern, and is the epitome of professionalism. “I'm terrified of the dentist and Dr Zietz energy put my anxiety to rest. Went in to have a tooth looked at and decided to do my root canal and was told ill be there a bit because it was busy. The wait was worth leaving pain free. His humor and random discussions can deter some, but I found it helpful to calm me. His assistant Hannah was very knowledgeable and was easy to talk to.“

“Wonderful experience! I'm always so nervous at the dentist, and they made me comfortable and gave me headphones for music. My gums are sensitive so they used gum numbing topical so the cleaning didn't hurt my gums at all. The dentist actually spent a long time talking with me about my history and how to improve my mouth health, I definitely didn't feel huried. Great experience!“
