“We worked with Pat to design a new kitchen for a "down to the studs/knock out walls" home renovation. It is beautiful! She had great ideas for things we didn't think of. She made the kitchen functional, appear bigger, and have the design look we wanted. Pat was also very responsive when the manufacturer shipped a couple incorrect items. Everything was ready for the move in date. And after a couple months in the house we can say the quality is great!“

“We have been lucky enough to have Modern build our home, and then when we needed a contractor modern inc was the first to respond to our call. Actually the only ones (refinishing floors, paint, and drywall). Additionally, everyone remembered us personally when we called the office from our house build. “Jeff and his son did an absolute killer job on my new counter tops, I wanted my old ones replaced but I didn’t wanna get ripped off by a big company, I had an estimate with home depot but found this company much easier, and friendlier to work with. I had them redo my countertops and install a new sink; it’s nice to see a father and son team putting in great work and at very reasonable prices!“

“We had Value Floors remodel our kitchen in 2022. Love our new space and Jay and all the workers were great.
Fast forward to September 2025 and we had them remodel our main bathroom. I wanted a new shower and everything updated for universal design and aging in place.
Love the tile, shower, vanity cabinets, vanity top and floor, paint, everything! The bathroom is gorgeous! We had our downstairs floors replaced also. They look fantastic!
