Got a letter jacket for my son. Had his last name put on it. His last name ends with a z and when the jacket came it had a y so I reach out to them. I get a response back to that is there z and we can have it changed at are expense. We'll seen as its very noticeable that it is a y not a z I ask how much it will cost to have it fixed. They tell me I have to pay to have the jacket shipped back to them and pay to have it fix. They might want to have samples of there lettering for names at there next school.Ypu better believe I will be letting all the parents I know not to order from theses guy or to make sure to leave names off. Our location school decided to use this company. This company is the worst. All I requested was for a patch to be added on my children leatherman. We gave them the leatherman and the patch please tell how they lost the jacket and patch stated the representative never gave it to them. They had jacket since May had took me money in June and we in Jan 2023 no jacket but order brand new jacket for my other kid and hers today Jan 4, 2023

2 1/2 months since we placed our order and have still not received it. Now we have our team banquet tonight and no varsity letters to hand out to our Athletes.
About 20 phone call with no returned calls, drove almost 3 hours to speak to someone face to face, multiple emails and still nothing. This is ridiculous and a horrible way to run a business. If you cannot fulfill an order with a 2 1/2 month lead time then don’t take the order. There are many businesses that would be happy to take our business and they will be getting it from now on.
