Mary and Josh have great Zumba and Strong Nation classes online and in person! My wife and I always have so much fun and get a great work out! They have great music, high energy, and are great people too!

Aqua Zumba is my favorite activity to get some exercise in my life that's not boring. Of course Jean has a lot to do with making our 45 minutes fun! It's a good workout and not rough on this seasoned body.ðŸ‘µ

Such an easygoing environment you can't help but feel good when you walk in the door as well as when you walk out. Jean is an amazing instructor who's knowledgeable AND very likable.
