Scheduled an appt for 5:30pm and wasn't taken back for 15 mins. She started cutting my hair and almost immediately it was way shorter than I wanted. She cut her finger while cutting my hair, did NOT excuse herself for a bandage and put her finger in her mouth. Proceeds to continue cutting, adds layers and trys to make my ends less straight/bold (a look I actually like). Which only makes it worse as it then is choppy and uneven. Seemed to be way more interested in the coworker who was there to show off her new car. I tried emailing management to talk to them about this and have never received a response and it's been over 2 weeks.

Lydia is a miracle worker! My hair has never been this healthy! She knows her stuff. I LOVE my hair now! For as long as she is in this business, I will be her client. My hair is naturally curly and very difficult to tame, but she somehow managed to make it look amazing. It’s much easier to maintain now, too.
