They got me in and I loved that actually engaged in conversation. Pretty spot on with customer service and their friendliness!! I wish I could post the picture I showed to how mine are. I asked for a certain thickness and shape and that’s what I got, close enough for me to be excited ? I’m from Indiana but I would return here for sure!
Dropped out teenagers off for pedicures. The girls were so impressed with the staff. They loved how their toes tur ed out and said the staff was super friendly and interested in talking to them. We picked Rose's because we were visiting Cadillac and decided on the spur of the moment to treat the kids to nice nails before school started. My 16 year olds feet had been so dry they sounded like sandpaper. Now she's got the smoothest feet ever! Thanks for taking good care of our girls!
Very thorough and friendly, love the job the man did on my nails. He was very forgiving when I didn’t know where or how to hold my hands. Staff is very friendly and service you quickly. Will definitely come back here again if I need my nails done...
