When my business internet went down, I was braced for the same response and to be transferred multiple times before I got resolution. To my surprise and delight, Will and Miles dealt with my problem immediately and even gave me a direct line to call back once I had confirmed that what they suspected was the case. I was not on site when this occurred, so I was going back and forth with my manager onsite and Will and Miles. In less than an hour my problem was resolved and I didn't have to go in on my day off.
