I had a day of dealing with a lot of people that used the "I don't know' response to questions they should know the answers to. Very frustrating. When my business internet went down, I was braced for the same response and to be transferred multiple times before I got resolution. To my surprise and delight, Will and Miles dealt with my problem immediately and even gave me a direct line to call back once I had confirmed that what they suspected was the case.
